Sea Shepherd Australia hatte unter Berufung auf das FOI vom Department of Immigration and Border Protection die Freigabe des folgenden Videos verlangt
„One piece of video footage from each of the video footage obtained by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (then the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service) of Japanese whaling activity taken from the patrol vessel Oceanic Viking in the Southern Ocean in the period of 31 January 2008 to 12 February 2008, excluding any confidential or personal information and any footage of people.“
und das EDO NSW (Environmental Defender’s Office New South Wales) eingeschaltet.
